OUR STORY

Nosh is the creation of brothers Jun and Meno Insisiengmay, blending their talents to bring playful twists to their mother’s cherished family recipes. For Jun, an industrial designer with over 20 years of experience designing commercial kitchen equipment, the move to Florida in 2019 was a chance to fulfill his dream of owning a restaurant. He joined forces with Meno, a seasoned restaurateur, to create a space where people could eat, drink, and connect.

Jun purchased and completely renovated Thai Fuku in January 2019, transforming the aging 2,500-square-foot space into a modern eatery with a full bar and seating for 16. His sleek, clean design perfectly complements Cocoa Beach’s iconic landscape.

For Meno, creativity in the kitchen led to reimagined family favorites on the menu, from appetizers to soups and entrées. His vision for a unique dining experience helped shape Nosh into more than just a restaurant—it’s a community hub.

The duo started with beer and wine, gaining approval to sell liquor by the end of 2019. Despite challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, Nosh became a vital part of the Cocoa Beach community, providing meals to first responders, including hospital staff and firefighters.

With strong ties to the area, including Meno’s involvement as a Freedom 7 family man raising three children with his wife Kari, the Insisiengmay brothers are committed to growing Nosh and giving back to the community they love.

“We have big plans for Cocoa Beach,” says Meno. And at Nosh, those plans are already taking shape.
